Black Tea is fully fermented. After harveesting the leaves are exposed to sunlight and air until they turn black. Then

tea with a heartier flavor and higher caffeine content than green tea.
Black Tea is by far the most popular in the United States and most of the world, with the
notable exceptions of China and Japan, where a taste for Green Tea is most popular.
