Store Policies Return Policy: Our standard ship time is 24-72 hours after receipt of your order, although most orders ship the next day. In rare circumstances, orders will take slightly longer to ship. If your item is out of stock, or if we cannot ship it in a timely manner, we will notify you by e-mail. We ship primarily via UPS so your purchases can be tracked. We also use the US Postal Service for small sizes orders. We do not ship on holidays. So, please take this into consideration when placing your order if you need to receive an item within a specific timeframe. Shipping cost is based on the order destination and merchandise total. We have come up with these amounts based on average order sizes and weights. A number of our products are drop-shipped from our supplier. We absorb the shipping costs associated with drop-shipping and do not pass them on to our customers. Express shipping is available. You must inquire prior to ordering online. Quotes will be e-mailed to you and are based on the exact items you wish to order. Please allow 24 hours for express shipping options and prices to be quoted. Shipping will be charged based on customers choice from among the expedited shipping option presented in the quote. No order will ship prior to shipping payment being received.
